Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization

Once you have an idea which federal agencies are good candidates for your business, contact the Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) for each agency. The OSDBU is the initial point of contact for U.S. small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses and service-disabled Veteran-owned small businesses. OSDBU is a small business advocacy and advisory office with the responsibility for ensuring that these enterprises receive access to agency programs. The Office: 

An Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) exists in all U.S. Federal agencies in accordance with Public Laws 95-507 and 100-656 to ensure the participation of U.S. small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses and service-disabled Veteran-owned small businesses in Federal procurement opportunities.
